Beyond happy to share that I have been awarded the second prize at the international YAC of the Tampere Flute Fest in Finland.
It was an immensely intense time preparing for this competition next to my normal working schedule, but all the work payed off and for me it was extremely satisfying to have the oppurtunity to develop in flute playing and my artistry yet again.
I am speechless what effort my wonderful pianist Alisa Besevic-Busslechner (which is also the best mother in the world) made to prepare and play two programs with me. It definitely brought us closer again since we had to meet for rehearsing once at least, living 800 kilometers apart.
Great gratitude to the two best professors Erwin Klambauer (flute) & Peter Verhoyen (piccolo) I could imagine.
I also want to thank the whole team of the tampere flute fest, because they really did their best to support us and make us feel comfortable during the whole competition!
Last but not least, thank you so much for all your support, especially the woodwind section of the WDR Funkhausorchester an the whole orchestra.
